Breeding update

We are due to have two store horses join us this Spring.  The first is a half-brother to Holy Veil who was placed in a bumper for the racing club.  This is a three year old by Malinas out of Holy Smoke that we have bred.  Incidentally the half-brother to our new arrival Midnight Shadow won a bumper on debut and her sister Unify picked up black type in December after achieving a hat trick of chase wins.  We will be setting up a syndicate for this gelding in the Summer.

The other new recruit is Challico and Blu Cavaliers half-sister by Malinas. She is a gorgeous filly who has a lot of class.  Indeed her dam won a listed race at Cheltenham. She is also three years old.  There are four shares each 25%. There is only one share remaining.

We also paid a visit to Double Mead. She won a total of 23 races and was the flag bearer of the yard when we first began.   She has a gorgeous colt two year old by Malinas and a yearling colt by Universal.

Both Double Mead and Holy Veil are in foal, so we hope that if all goes well there will be some new foals to add to our young stock this spring!
